I used to miss bites all the time because I was setting the hook. When fishing with a ned rig, when u get a bite, Just lower your rod while reeling it in and continue reeling it in. You will hardly miss a bite when doing it like this..

Dinty moore isn't soup

Lol they do have pull tabs, but Dinty is way better then Campbell's soup . So day everyday

I used to have Dinty moore while hiking around the san vicente reservoir

Another thing I have started going is just whipping a loop in the end of my fly line with 12lb mono. So basically doubling over the fly line to make a loop, and instead of welding the ends, just use the mono to tie a 10 nail knot as a whipping. Dab some super glue on the end and clip off the tag of the fly line. Works great.

for the record Dinty Moore is 10g of protein PER SERVING so my pull tab 20oz can has 25grams after you do the math. Also the reason it's more solid is because it probably has more fats and that makes it taste better and also Dirty Moore I think has way more beef in it and that's one of the reasons it's better. Also it's gluten free which is nice. If you're sailing and have to eat it at a really cold temp for some reason then the other might be better in that situation. The beef chunks are way bigger too in Dinty Moore and more of them.
